Mikki Willis


Mikki Willis is the founder of Elevate Film Festival and Elevate Studios; a film and technology production and distribution company.   As a filmmaker he has written and directed theatrical features, network series and pilots, and is regarded as a pioneer for his groundbreaking direction of Spanish language music videos.  To date he has produced more than 200 independent productions. September 11th, 2001 marked a turning point in Mikki Willis’ life and career.   Having been inside the twin towers just hours before they fell he helped to organize and lead a group of civilians who risked their lives to aid rescue workers.   It was atop the rubble of the World Trade Center that he received the vision for Elevate.   Mikki Willis is the recipient of the 2008 Conscious Life Humanitarian Award.
