Jason Mraz has inspired millions around the world through his words and music and has worked to bring awareness and funding to diverse, core causes; the environment (Surfrider Foundation), youth support (Free The Children & SPARC), health and rehabilitation (Life Rolls On, Musicares), and human rights (Free The Slaves, True Colors Fund).
An Atlantic Records artist, Mraz’s recent studio album, We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things has proven to be a worldwide sensation and has received multiple platinum certifications throughout the world. In 2010, Mraz took home two major Grammy Awards for songs “Make It Mine” and “Lucky” and the album had three additional Grammy nomination nods in 2009. The Jason Mraz penned song, “I’m Yours” on this album holds the record as the longest-running song in the history of the Billboard “Hot 100”, is the first song ever to top the charts at four different pop radio formats and was the 2010 ASCAP “Song Of The Year”. Jason has recently garnered two Teen Choice Awards and received the Songwriters Hall of Fame’s esteemed Hal David Starlight Award. In 2009, Mraz was honored by the Environmental Media Association for his planet preservation message.
