Our Mission is to create the structures that enable and promote Leadership within every individual in the world, and to coordinate effective actions with others in order to maintain our existence on Earth.
We all have one vision: The promotion of a vibrant, peaceful and thriving planet.
Each one of us is working on a piece of this vision, be it the environment, education, social justice, nutrition and health, etc.. These are like fingers of a single hand.
Our true purpose is to band together in service of the common vision. It is the only way our vision can be realized. We need to function as an eco system, supporting each other’s efforts and insuring that every part of the system receives what it needs to be healthy.
To achieve the above vision our Leadership conference has two overarching objectives:
1. To bring leaders together to create a new paradigm for Leadership; one that consists of new structures and models for alignment and collaboration between leaders . Imbue the conference with this spirit.
2. Create a strong sense of urgency to inspire everyone attending the conference to step up and become a leader for change in his/her own community,
equipped with these new structures and models to sustain their leadership roles long after the conference ends.

Leaders Causing Leaders Team:
Kenneth Schwenker – founder of Leaders causing Leaders, is a Motion Picture Producer of over 30 feature films with name talent, from independent financing to the 100 million dollar EVOLUTION at DreamWorks.
Kennneth is a veteran film producer, having been around the film industry for over 15 years. With more than 30 feature films. Ken has introduced numerous up-and-coming young actors to the big screen, including Uma Thurman (Kiss Daddy Goodnight), Portia de Rossi (American Intellectuals). Credits also include THE WINNER with Rebecca De Mornay, Billy Bob Thornton, and Micheal Madsen.
He is also the Co founder of Bhakti Fest. www.bhaktifest.com. Bhakti fest is a four day event on 450 acres in Joshua Tree, CA. It has non stop music of the finest kirtan performers from around the world, and also provides yoga during the day with top yoga instructors.
Kenneth is also the founder of a monthy series which went on for three years, the event was “you are invited to an evening of Divine Synchronicity”. Highly successful and transformational.

Ronit Herzfeld, M.S.W. is a psychotherapist, social activist and a spiritual teacher whose life work is devoted to alleviating human suffering by guiding people to discover their life’s purpose.
Her need to understand how humans are capable of both expressing great love and causing devastating destruction has led her on a lifelong inquiry into the workings of the human body, mind, heart and soul. In the past 25 years, through her clinical practice and spiritual work, Ronit has developed a deep understanding of what makes us tick. She is now using technology to create innovative tools to help people around the world develop greater AWARENESS into the workings of their minds, and shift to the next level of human consciousness.
Ronit has worked with the European Parliament and HH the Dalai Lama, to bring awareness to the plight of the Tibetan people. She cofounded the Integral Institute, a think tank organization headed by the philosopher Ken Wilber. Her social activism also led her to Haiti, Israel and the Palestinian territories.
Rick Pinckert Strategy Consultant
Rick Pinckert is an Information Technologies expert with a strong cultural and countercultural background.
Rick’s day job is Network Administrator, at the USC Annenberg School for Communication managing the distance Learning technical program, Video Conferencing and decision-making role in evaluating new technology for internet content sharing for faculty and students. Previously, he served as Director of Technical Services at USC’s Advanced Bioinformatics and Biotechnology Center, where he directed and supervised IT technical support teams.
As Executive Producer he is premiering “Stellar Transformation”; a TV show about how people can transform themselves with alternative healing arts. As an active member of the LA grassroots cultural community, he has been involved in various productions including the Program Director for a Four Star Records project, “Little Elmo” that initiated neighborhood children’s theatre projects with performances at The Los Angeles Garden Theatre Festival. Rick recently served as Communications Advisor to Empowerment Works, helping with branding, promotion, and fundraising for their conference – “The Global Summit.”

Darshana Thacker is a well known Ayurvedic Chef in the yoga kirtan community of Los Angeles. Her recipes have been published in LA Yoga Magazine, and the newly released Forks Over Knives – Companion Book, New York Times Bestseller. Specializing in vegan Ayurvedic cuisine she is acknowledged for her contemporary Ayurvedic interpretations while staying true to the original cooking she learned in her mother’s kitchen, growing up in India. Darshana has lived in Los Angeles for the last 10 years and her delicious meals have graced many a yoga & kirtan retreats and workshops including the BhaktiFest 2009.
