Kari L. Granger is a performance leadership consultant for Sunergos LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to enhancing organizational performance. Granger also serves as a Fellow of the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the United States Air Force Academy where she served for several years as an Assistant Professor developing and teaching transformational leadership courses and seminars. A decorated military officer, Granger has taught and applied the concepts of transformative leadership under the most challenging of conditions, including under enemy fire during combat duty in Iraq.
Granger is known for consistent breakthrough performance results running logistical operations for hurricane evacuations, humanitarian aid and combat airlift missions. Her commitment to leadership transformation has extended to working with numerous military organizations, universities, the US Ski and Snowboard Association, as well as in partnership with the US State Department as a leadership development expert working with defense force institutions outside the United States.
Granger is a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, studied at the Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, St Petersburg, Russia, and holds a Master’s degree in education leadership from the University of New Mexico.
