Bill Wagner


For nearly twenty years, Bill has been at the forefront of entrepreneurial and leadership practices. He is a highly-regarded consultant, speaker (he is a CSP in the National Speakers Association), CEO (Accord Management Systems, Inc.) and author. Bill delivers more than 50 presentations a year to executive and leadership groups. His recent book, “The Entrepreneur Next Door,” contains research conducted on over 1,500 entrepreneurs. In this study, Bill benchmarks personality, emotional intelligence and brain dominance, allowing him to measure the gap that exists between who we are and who we need to be to get the job done.

Bill consults fast growth companies, helping them to get the people side of business right – “getting the right people in the right seats on the bus.” He questions answers while answering questions, rocks the boat and tells the truth, helping clients become their own organizational therapist. He believes that rarely do any of us have a sustainable technological advantage. It is our people that make us great; the best product managers, the most creative designers, the mistake-free warehouse people – this is what makes the difference. Being able to understand this “model of predictability” is one of the many concepts that Bill speaks on.
