Jeff Malone


With over twenty years in the private and non-profit sector as a senior executive and organizational consultant for multinational and Fortune 500 companies, Jeff provides a collaborative and solution-driven approach to the issues facing individuals and growing organizations in today’s shifting cultures. His experience is broad, operational, and uniquely diverse–involving key roles in organizational development, strategic planning and implementation, finance and operations, and sales and marketing, in both foreign and domestic markets. Jeff also has extensive experience sitting on the boards of both profit and non-profit enterprises. Jeff specializes in facilitating authentic heart-centered communication and transformational shifts—in individuals and in organizational cultures— fostering transparent communication and empowered authentic relationships.
As a Master Integrative Coach with 10 years experience, and a founding faculty member of the Ford Institute, most recently its Executive Director, today Jeff facilitates worldwide workshops, teleclasses and lectures on transpersonal leadership, emotional education and team building. With Debbie Ford, he collaborated in developing one of the most successful relational coaching models today. What makes Jeff unique is his ability to cross seamlessly back and forth between the professional and personal worlds of his clients, bringing a heart centered approach that allows him to work with equal dexterity on them most critical of strategic issues and with the most intimate of interpersonal relationships. He is adept at bringing out the inspired and inspiring heartfelt leader in everyone he works with.
Jeff is known as the “coach’s coach”. He dedicates himself to a select set of individual and organizational clients that are committed to transformational leadership and powerful contribution.
Jeff graduated with honors from Oregon State University with dual majors in Economics and Art History, and holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
