Dermot Butterly

Dermot Butterly, native Irish born, has been living in Los Angeles for the past ten years studying all things metaphysical. After spending some time in a village in India in 2006, Dermot returned with a deeper desire to be of service and from that the Gandhi Peace Walk Project was born. He walked from Los Angeles to Washington D.C. to inspire more peace and to raise funds for an impoverished village in India. Next year, Dermot will publish his first book entitled Gandhi Rolling Stone and release his nonprofit documentary about his seventeen-month journey across America. “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” inspired by Mahatma Gandhi, is Dermot’s personal mantra for life.
